oatie cookies

dairy free recipe

have fun with these cookies. add dried fruit like raisins or cranberries or even some chocolate chips 
ingredients
 
( makes 6 cookies )

100g porridge oats
1 banana 
1 tbspn coconut oil 
2 tbspn maple syrup 
pinch of salt

method 
​
in a mixing bowl mash banana. add all remaining ingredients & give a good mix with your hands. leave mix for 10 minutes so that the oats can absorb the moisture from the other ingredients. next roll in to 6 individual balls, press down to make cookie shape don't make them too thin. place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated at 180c for 13 minutes.
